You agree during and after the term of your business relationship with the Company not to disclose to anyone or make use in any way of the Proprietary Information except as required in line with duties regarding said relationship with the Company or pursuant to written permission from the Company to do so. You also agree that access to the Proprietary Information is granted to you and any employees thereof by the Company for business purposes only linked to the business relationship with the Company and that your use of such systems may be monitored at Company’s discretion.
